A Realtor, Tax Professional, Insurance Agent, and Business Consultant based in Montgomery, Alabama, Dr. Miree brings extensive expertise in nonprofit operations, financial planning, and community development.

Key Policies

Conflict of Interest Policy

All board members must disclose any personal or financial interest that could conflict with the Foundation's mission. Affected members recuse themselves from related votes.

Whistleblower Policy

The Foundation encourages reporting of suspected misconduct and strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

Document Retention Policy

All financial records, meeting minutes, and legal documents are retained for the periods required by law and best practices for nonprofit governance.
